Did we miss your fave? Let us know below in the comment area and feel free to share a link to the game on Amazon as well. Stay tuned to our next round up, where we will profile even more fun (and wacky) games for the Kindle.

1. Scrabble – the classic game of “word skill” is also one of the most popular on the Amazon Kindle games page. If you happen to be a fan, get this one for your Kindle and play whenever your out and about and need a bit of fun wordy distraction.

2. Sudoku – not for the faint of heart, this challenging game is also almost as popular as Scrabble. It just hasn’t been around too long. It’s a game of numbers and concentration, so this one should be right up your alley.

3. Monopoly – what geek would be worth his or her salt without a box of the Monopoly game board close at hand for an impromptu duel. This classic game of “who has the most, wins” is all about acquiring property and holding the most money at the end of the game. It’s a crazy fun game that can be played anywhere so long as you have a good chunk of time n your hands.

4. Tic Tac Toe – if you seek something simple and brainless, this is the game for you. Tic Tac Toe is all about out-smarting your opponent with three simple moves that can go horizontally, vertically or criss cross. A silly but fun game for any geek.

5. Video Poker – the Aces, the Kings and the wild cards all make this an exciting and heart pounding game of out witting the machine. Get the best pair and win, get the best hand and take it all. This is a great game for practicing and improving your Poker hand.

That concludes our list of fun and geeky Kindle games. There are as many to choose from as their are Kindle ebooks, which is a great thing otherwise what good would the portability of the device be. It seems that Amazon adds a new Kindle game daily to its site and one good way to track of new games is via the Kindle Facebook page. Join and when new Kindle games come out, you’ll be one of the first to know.
