Fix computer hanging issue while applying user settings

Even though Windows Vista has now been more or less replaced by its successor Windows 7, there are some people who use Vista as their operating system. Vista had gained much notoriety among Windows OS fans as being an operating system with lots of bugs. But Windows 7 filled in all the major gaps of Windows Vista and went on to become one of the most loved operating system. You will see that your hanging issue has been fixed. This issue generally persists in computers running Windows Vista Service Pack 2 or Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2. If you are suffering from this, you may also seen that the network connections folder is empty and some of the services like the server service, print spooler, remote registry, windows management instrumentation, distributed transaction coordinator etc. may not start at startup.
