Htaccess tester is a simple tool that lets you quickly test your .htaccess file online. You just need to enter a website URL and the code for the htaccess file for the URL. It will debug the htaccess code and show you if it contains errors.
This is kind of an alpha version of the tool and may have bugs. The creators of this tool say that currently some things like ${HTTP_REFERER} and %{REQUEST_FILENAME} are not supported but they have plans to add it very soon.
