To start using SellerDash, the first step to take after the regular signup process is installing their dropshipping Chrome extension. After that, you need to connect SellersDash to your Shopify store and then you can start using it right away. Visit any product page or search results page on AliExpress and click on the newly visible Import button to import that product into your SellersDash dashboard within seconds. On your dashboard, you can edit the product’s features, descriptions, variant properties and apply pricing rules to its Regular prices and Compare At Prices. You can apply tags, types and collections to the product that get update to Shopify as is. When you’re ready, simply export the product and it will be automatically published to your Shopify store.
Another great feature of SellersDash is the semi automated order placement feature. With this feature, you can place orders on AliExpress in an automated fashion. The extension does all the grunt work for you such as selecting the correct product variants, filling out customer details and shipping addresses and so on. The payment part has to be done by yourself though. So once the extension does its job, you just need to confirm and hit the Payment button to place the order. Your AliExpress Order ID gets automatically updated to SellersDash and whenever the tracking number for the order becomes available, it gets updated to SellersDash and that line item gets automatically fulfilled on Shopify. You can also configure in your settings whether to ask Shopify to send a notification email to the customer upon fulfillment or not.
SellersDash’s Silver version comes in at $19.99/mo and it seems like a much cheaper alternative to Oberlo whose Paid version starts at $29.90 per month. SellersDash also offers a free version which is great for starters.
All in all, SellersDash is a great alternative to Oberlo and offers some unique features like multi language support, multi currency support, product review downloads etc. that not many other Dropshipping tools offer.
